Subuser 0.4 - Revamped permissions code

Subuser 0.4 revamps subuser’s permissions handling code allowing subuser to track changes to permissions files and ask for the user’s consent to permissions.

When you add a subuser, subuser will now ask you to either accept or edit the new subuser’s permissions. When you update your subusers, any changed permissions can be edited or confirmed.

There is also a new command:

subuser subuser edit-permissions subuser-name

Which allows you to open a subuser’s permissions.json file in a text editor and edit its permissions.
