The locked-subusers.json file format

Each user is to have a locked-subusers.json file which holds a registry of locked subusers. Locked subuser are subusers who’s installed images and permissions are not affected by updates and rollbacks.

He format of the locked-subusers.json file is identical to that of the subusers.json found in the registry.
